Your premises will be treated by a fully licensed and professional pest management technician, utilising top-quality, branded, safe, and highly effective chemicals available in the industry market. However, it’s important to note that while the treatments will result in a significant reduction of pests from day one, occasional sightings may still occur, but if they pass through the treated zones, they will likely succumb to the treatment soon.
Please note that typically, pests may take anywhere from a couple of hours to a day or two to die once they come into contact with the treated areas. The purpose of this is to allow pests to carry the chemicals back to their nests, thereby contaminating other members of the colonies. The chemicals used are Professional Residual Chemicals, which remain active for several months after drying, making it difficult for treated pests to survive.
It’s important to understand that achieving a completely pest-free environment is challenging, as pests can enter premises through various means, such as attaching to shoes, shopping bags, packaged goods, vehicles, neighbouring properties, and surrounding areas. Additionally, new hatchings from deeper cracks and crevices may emerge, which were not exposed to the chemicals during treatment.
Should you require a service call within the warranty period, please ensure live pests are sighted in any area of your premises for two consecutive days to confirm their continued presence. Additionally, certain housekeeping tasks should be completed before the technician’s arrival for inspection and possible re-treatment, including tidying up plants, vegetation, kitchen areas and removing food waste.
If the inspection results indicate that the sprayed chemicals are still active and effective, a call-out fee of $80 will be charged.
Please be advised that only one-time treatment will be carried out(if package 1 or 2 is chosen) for each German Cockroaches, external Ants, and Crickets, resulting in a significant reduction of the pests. Optional intensive treatments are available(extra fees apply) for higher than normal rates of those pests with a warranty.
